Q: Can I buy tickets from this site? 

A: Yes. Aside from Ticket Master, you can buy tickets from here for your convenience.  

 

Q: Can I cancel my purchased tickets after it has been confirmed on your website? 

A: Gigi On Broadway website do not accept refunds or exchanges under any condition. In other ticketing sites, they offer ticket cancelation insurance.  

 

Q: What do I do if Gigi On Broadway show closes before on the date in my ticket? 

A: Do not worry if this happens to you! If Gigi On Broadway show does announce a closing date before your performance, we will notify you immediately by e-mail or phone. You can refund your tickets as soon as you have them back in our office. 

 

Please remember that when the show closes and you have the tickets in your possession, you will need to send them back to us personally or via certified mail at the official address of Gigi’s headquarter to receive a full refund. 

 

Q: What should I do if I lost my ticket? 

A: If you accidentally lost your tickets, we suggest to call immediately our Customer Service department before the show will start and ask for a certificate on your lost ticket. The certificate that will be given to you will act as your tickets at the Gigi On Broadway show. 

 

Q: What is the best time should I arrive at the theater venue? 

A: The show always starts at 8 pm, 15-20 minutes is the sufficient time required, but we do suggest to get in there about 30 minutes early before the show starts if you are picking up tickets at the theater venue.
